All orders shipped to the lower 48 U.S. states ship FREE.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We automatically reach out to our supplier to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we may void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail or by phone. In the case of backorder, you will have options to move forward with your order or cancel.
How long does it take to process an order?
It can take between 4-5 business days for your product to be ready to ship. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. When an order is received on a Friday after business hours, the first day of processing will be Monday. Holidays may delay processing and/or delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our Cancellation terms and will be subject to return shipping costs.
What if my product is damaged?
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org the day of delivery. Vanity Bath Store will provide shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost if warranted BUT you must call us first. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
All returns must include an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) that you will receive when your return has been authorized. You must call us the same day you receive your order (800)674-8676.
How can I change My Account information?
You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact email@example.com.
