Warranty, Return Policy by Brand

If there is visible damage to your shipment, you will be required to inspect the package. Please make sure to note all damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt. If there are major visible damages please refuse the entire shipment. If only a minor part is damaged please accept and report all issues to Fresca immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement of parts.

If, under normal use and after proper installation by a licensed professional, a Fresca product should ever have a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Fresca will provide FREE OF CHARGE the parts necessary to resolve the issue, including a full replacement of the product if necessary, at the manufacturer’s discretion. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required for all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by non-Fresca parts will void this warranty.

All Fresca faucets come with a Limited Lifetime warranty, which covers the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home, warranting that this faucet will be leak-free during normal use and all parts and finishes of same will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. All other purchasers for industrial, commercial or business use are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Fresca will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair or replacement of any Fresca product. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to the item. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.

Depending on the jurisdiction, some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, country to country. RGM Distribution will supply proper instructions on making warranty claims (a claim will be filed by Vanity Bath Store on your behalf). All Fresca products are designed for indoor use only. Warranty is not transferable.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Dept. (processed on your behalf by Vanity Bath Store). No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by Fresca. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date and it is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.


LAVIVA Inc. products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Each product goes through a rigorous and multipoint quality control process to ensure excellence.


LAVIVA Inc. offers the following limited warranty on each of its vanity products (the “Product”) and the components thereof. This warranty extends only to the original owner or end-user for personal household use. This warranty is void if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation. For commercial uses, additional limitations apply. LAVIVA Inc. warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from LAVIVA Inc or an authorized LAVIVA Inc. dealer unless otherwise noted. Subject to the warranty service provision below, any product reported to the authorized dealer or to LAVIVA Inc. as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired, or replaced with a product of equal value at the discretion of LAVIVA Inc.. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Neither the distributor, authorized LAVIVA Inc. dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against LAVIVA Inc. or any other person.

This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty. The owner/end-user of the product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing. LAVIVA Inc. neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, LAVIVA Inc. cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly. The owner/end-user must provide access to the components of the Product as described in the installation guide so that LAVIVA Inc can execute the warranty specified herein. If such access is not available, all expenses to provide said access will be the responsibility of the owner/end-user. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The owner/end-user should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.

This warranty does not apply to products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by LAVIVA Inc. and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations.
This warranty does not apply unless the LAVIVA Inc. Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. LAVIVA Inc. strongly recommends that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., glass countertops glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death.
LAVIVA Inc. is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. Except as otherwise provided above, LAVIVA Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or compliance. In any case, LAVIVA Inc. cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the Product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder.

LAVIVA Inc. reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.


LIMITED WARRANTY: All products sold by Legion Furniture are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Our warranty covers only replacement or repair at our facility or authorized repair facility of the defective part(s), to the original purchaser and excludes any responsibility for labor, freight expense or for consequential damages incurred by the purchaser or others, for servicing such claim during the warrant period, Legion Furniture reserves the right to issue credit, repair or replace defective merchandise, at our opinion. Legion Furniture further reserves the right to refuse to honor the warranty for any product(s) altered, improperly installed, or installed in an application for which it was not intended. All claims must include sales receipt showing the item and date of purchase.

All damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours.

If the item received has visible damage, please refuse delivery immediately and note on the Proof of Delivery Damaged. Minor damages can be replaced by parts sent from the supplier and does not require a full return.
If there is minor damage, please notate on the Proof of Delivery that the driver will have you sign, the condition. If you are unable to inspect the shipments right away, please notate “Subject to inspection, concealed damage.”

If a replacement part is needed, pictures of the damaged product will need to be submitted. For assistance on a request, please contact at customercare@vanitybathstore.com for assistance.

Products are handcrafted by experienced professionals who take ample time and care making each product unique and one of a kind. We strive to provide exceptional quality products.
If the product is notated as defective, a return request must be provided within 5 days of the delivery date. Photos or videos showcasing the defect are required for a return or replacement. Please provide the product item SKU # and Batch # found on the packaging of each item or the Quality Control Sticker found on countertops and cabinets. Provide information to Vanity Bath Store at customercare@vanitybathstore.com


Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Approved order cancellations will receive an email confirmation of status. Once the order has left the warehouse, the shipment cannot be cancelled.
If an order is refused due to a cancellation that was not provided in time, this will be considered a Buyer’s Remorse Return. The Buyer will be held responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.

Buyer’s Remorse
Returns of non-damaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery of merchandise. All returns must be returned in “new” condition and in undamaged original packaging and crating materials.

If the order returned via Vanity Bath Store carrier and approved for return,  customer will receive credit for full amount; minus 15% restocking fee, Original Shipping fee, and Return Shipping Fee.

If order is being returned on Customer's carrier and RMA is approved, tracking information for return must be provided to Vanity Bath Store. The tracking number must be activated within 30 days of delivery. Once return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

Ordered the Wrong Size & Style
Legion Furniture, will not be held responsible for measuring errors or if the color finish is not to your liking.

Please always double check your measurements. If you receive your products and they are the wrong size, please contact us at customercare@vanitybathstore.com. Please note if the products received are incorrect due to a Customer Error; the buyer(s) will be responsible for the return of the wrong product and the delivery charges for the replacement if requested.



All steam showers and bathtubs carry a (10) ten year parts warranty against manufacturer defects and the manufacturer keeps all replacement parts in stock.

VanityBathStore.com recommends that you contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts. 

Replacement parts can be ordered by emailing a picture of the part to support@mayabath.com or calling our service department at 800-518-5242 and we recommend that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part.  Maya Bath does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and or accidental damages.

Shipping & Return Policy

Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. We offer free shipping on all orders. Freight delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days, allow extra time for remote locations. The Freight Carrier or Tucking company will contact you to set up an appointment time before delivering.  Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging.

We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. The grace period to return a product is 20 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location. The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund.  The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed; if you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card.




Products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person) or alteration. This warranty does not apply to replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air and water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleansers or materials. A copy of the end-user’s original receipt is required as Proof of Purchase to file a Warranty claim. Dealer’s purchase order number or Whitehaus Collection® invoice number will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase. If a product is found to be defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Whitehaus Collection® reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or product warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. Whitehaus Collection® is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.
Stainless Steel Sinks: Whitehaus Collection® Stainless Steel Sinks (except Decorative Prep Sinks), Culinary Equipment, and Laundry Sinks carry a Limited Warranty for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Scratches and dents due to every day use do not constitute manufacturer’s defect. Special Order culinary tables and workstations are final sale and have no warranty.
Fireclay Sinks: Whitehaus Collection® Fireclay Sinks are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Whitehaus Collection® Fireclay sinks also carry a 10 year warranty against fading and staining of the glaze. All cracks and chips due to misuse, damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.
Replacement Parts: Whitehaus Collection® Replacement Parts are FINAL SALE and carry a 90 day warranty.
Copper and Brass Sinks: Whitehaus Collection® copper sinks are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Grids, Drains, and Basket Strainers: Whitehaus Collection® grids, drains, and basket strainers carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects
China Lavatory Sinks: Whitehaus fireclay and china lavatory sinks are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Whitehaus Collection® fireclay and china sinks also carry a 10 year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze. All cracks and chips due to misuse, damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.
Bath Faucets and Accessories: Whitehaus Collection® faucets and accessories carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Mechanical components are warranted against defect for 5 years from the original faucet purchase. Whitehaus Collection® faucets and accessories finishes are warranted 2 years against tarnishing, peeling, and staining. This warranty does not apply to living finishes such as Evolution series Weathered Copper and Weathered Bronze.
Bath Furniture: Whitehaus Collection® bath furniture carries a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

* Special Finishes: Antique Brass, Antique Bronze, Antique Copper, Biscuit, Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Pewter, Polished Brass, Polished Copper, Polished Nickel, Polished Silver, Satin Chrome, Speckled Brass, Silver Pearl, Titanium, Weathered Brass (Living Finish), Weathered Copper (Living Finish), and White are warranted for 90 days. Special Finishes are FINAL SALE.  Please be advised that all special finishes within Whitehaus Collection®’s product offering may vary due to the nature of raw materials during finishing process. All special finishes will blend but may not be exact.

Inspect within 1 Day: All items must be inspected for damage within 1 day of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within 2 days by submitting an RGA form (submitted on your behalf by Vanity Bath Store). Please email customercare@vanitybathstore.com and include a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.

30 Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.
25% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Condition:  Item must be in its original packaging and in mint condition.  No items may be returned after installation or attempt of installation.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If requested a Cal-Tag can be issued by Alfi Trade Inc. for a $15 fee plus the cost of return shipping which is the same rate charged for original shipping.
In case of goods damaged during shipping, If it’s necessary for item to be returned Alfi Trade Inc. will pay for return shipping costs. Alfi Trade Inc. will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Wyndham Collection® feels strongly that the products you purchase should be free of defects and built to last. We offer an industry-leading full Two Year Limited Warranty (twice the industry standard). It fully covers manufacturer defects such as peeling paint, broken or malfunctioning components, cracks, discoloration and dents. Should there be a need to make a claim within your retailer's warranty period please do so through them. After 90 days you may contact Wyndham Collection® directly through the customer service contact sources. The following restrictions apply:

  • Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the warranted item.
  • Warranted item must have been purchased from an authorized Wyndham Collection® dealer. It may be necessary to present a copy of the original purchase invoice for validation.
  • Warranty does not protect against malfunction or other failure caused by abuse, neglect or misuse including, but not limited to, repair by persons not authorized by Wyndham Collection®, improper handling or maintenance, improper installation, modifications of any kind including painting or use for purposes other than intended or in locations subject to conditions not intended for the product(s).
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered, including scratched or chipped counters.
  • Wyndham Collection® recommends that installation be performed by a professional, though this is not required under the terms of the warranty. Any damage caused by improper installation or handling is the responsibility of the purchaser. Compliance with all state and local codes is required.
  • This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, accidental or consequential damages.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of the issue and sufficient photographic evidence that we may evaluate properly.
  • Local building code compliance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with local code regulations before purchasing.
  • Please note that the Wyndham Collection warranty has a time frame of 6 months rather than 2 years for all commercial and/or public projects.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Wyndham Collection®. The customer’s legal rights are limited to those stated specifically in this warranty statement. With proof of purchase, Wyndham Collection®, at our discretion, will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty time period. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal and reinstallation of the product in the case of a repair.
