All Sales Are Final except for damage during delivery. Some defects may be returnable or new parts provided.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. Orders arrive 3-6 days after ship date.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery receipt before signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Do not sign for obviously damaged items. If you feel that the damage to the packaging is significant, refuse delivery. Whether or not you notice damage, write on the delivery receipt subject to physical inspection before you sign or in place of your signature.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. In addition there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Shipment Tracking:All of our items are shipped through our network of warehouses, manufacturers, and distribution centers. Most Large Items are shipped by Truck and tracking information may be emailed to you when available. If you have not received tracking information for your shipment within 5 business days, please email email@example.com for the status of your order. Special order items may take up to two weeks to ship.
Once you receive your product, you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return. You may not have to cover the return shipping cost if the product is defective.
We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your item for damage within 24 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage immediately via email with attached photos.

- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, products(s) to be returned, reason for the return and your name.
- RA (Return Authorization) number will be sent to you via email with directions on returning your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- You may choose your preferred shipping method for returning product(s) directly to the distribution center address we provide.
- Please purchase insurance when shipping the item back in case. Vanity Bath Store is NOT liable for lost or damaged returned items.
- Email your return tracking number to email@example.com so we can track the return and save this information for your own reference as proof of pickup. Once the item is received and inspected at the manufacturer’s warehouse, we will issue credit. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed.
To start a return please contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and our team will initiate the process. You will be provided with a RMA that is valid for up to 14 days and must accompany the item being returned.
Although we offer free shipping, please remember that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This also applies for items, that are marked with "free shipping". You will be provided with a copy of the shipping invoice as a proof for the deducted shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Credits will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
IMPORTANT: Vanity Bath Store is dedicated to providing high quality images and measurements to assist you in choosing your furniture. But, image quality may vary depending on your monitor color settings. At times, measurements are rounded off, and occasionally vary slightly from the description. You may contact us via email or phone for precise colors and dimensions of our products.
Additional charges should you return an item without being authorized and/or without a RMA number will be deducted from any credit due. Many of these charges can be avoided if you follow our Return Process.
For products that arrive without a RMA number, the product may not be accepted or returned-to-sender. Should the item be accepted a restocking fee of up to 25% (depending on manufacturer) will be accessed and deducted from your credit.
vanitybathstore.com is required by law to collect sales tax to certain states. Sales tax will be added to your order total and displayed for your review prior to checkout.
