ALFI TRADE

Fireclay / Porcelain Sinks
1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
10 year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze.

Cracks or chips are not covered under warranty as they can only happen due to misuse or by owner error and not a manufacturing defect. Each sink is thoroughly inspected at the factory and again prior to shipping to ensure there are no cracks or chips. 

All cracks and chips due to misuse or improper installation whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

Shower Heads & Arms, Strainers, Grids
One year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Bamboo Sinks, Wooden Tubs
One year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Alfi Trade Inc. is not liable for cracks/splitting of the wood due to improper maintenance, storage or installation. 

Granite Composite Sinks
10 year warranty against cracking caused by thermal shock. 1 year warranty against any manufacturer defects.

Faucets, Tub Fillers
Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Mechanical components are warranted against defects for 5 years from the original purchase date.  

Warranty begins from purchase date on invoice. An invoice must be provided in order to file a warranty claim. If a free replacement is granted under warranty, the warranty time frame continues from the original purchase date, and not from the date of free replacement.

The majority of Replacement Parts for all items are kept in stock in the Los Angeles. There are only rare instances where additional time would be required to get a special part from the factory. In both cases our warranty team in Los Angeles will assist you through out the entire process to insure you get the parts you need. 

ALFI brand products are warranted to the original customer for normal use and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Our warranties are not transferable. ALFI brand is not liable for consequential damage, labor loss, or expense of any nature.

This warranty applies to residential applications. Commercial/Industrial/Business applications are warranted for 1 year from original purchase date. 

 

EAGO

EAGO products are warranted to the original customer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Toilets & Bidets come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze & 1 Year on flushing mechanism & toilet seat. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

Whirlpool Tubs offer a 1 year limited warranty on all parts.

Porcelain Sinks come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

LAVIVA

LAVIVA Inc. products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Each product goes through a rigorous and multipoint quality control process to ensure excellence. One Year Warranty

LAVIVA Inc. offers the following limited warranty on each of its vanity products (the “Product”) and the components thereof. This warranty extends only to the original owner or end-user for personal household use. This warranty is void if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation. For commercial uses, additional limitations apply. LAVIVA Inc. warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from LAVIVA Inc or an authorized LAVIVA Inc. dealer unless otherwise noted. Subject to the warranty service provision below, any product reported to the authorized dealer or to LAVIVA Inc. as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired, or replaced with a product of equal value at the discretion of LAVIVA Inc.. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Neither the distributor, authorized LAVIVA Inc. dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against LAVIVA Inc. or any other person.

This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty. The owner/end-user of the product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing. LAVIVA Inc. neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, LAVIVA Inc. cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly. The owner/end-user must provide access to the components of the Product as described in the installation guide so that LAVIVA Inc can execute the warranty specified herein. If such access is not available, all expenses to provide said access will be the responsibility of the owner/end-user. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The owner/end-user should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.

This warranty does not apply to products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by LAVIVA Inc. and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations.

This warranty does not apply unless the LAVIVA Inc. Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. LAVIVA Inc. strongly recommends that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., glass countertops glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death.

LAVIVA Inc. is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. Except as otherwise provided above, LAVIVA Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or compliance. In any case, LAVIVA Inc. cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the Product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder.

LAVIVA Inc. reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.

MAYA BATH

All steam showers and bathtubs carry a (10) ten year parts warranty against manufacturer defects and we carry all replacement parts in stock at our California based warehouse and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you.

Replacement parts can be ordered by emailing a picture of the part to support@mayabath.com or calling our service department at 800-518-5242 and we recommend that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part.  Maya Bath does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and or accidental damages.

 

WATER CREATION

All Water Creation products carry a (1) One-Year Limited warranty unless otherwise stated.  The warranty is non-transferable.

 

BATHROOM VANITY / CABINET ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the one (1) year term of the original owner or end-user. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the one year. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, modification, removal, or labor costs associated.

This warranty does not cover products exposed to improper use / installation / conditions or abuse in any way. "Improper use or conditions" includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, exposure to UV light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, staining or damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact damage or breaking due to customer abuse, normal wear and tear or acts of nature (such as, but not limited to, stains, scratches or chips). Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

Water Creation reserves the right to replace defective material with other similar materials in the event that the product protected under this warranty has been discontinued. Water Creation does not replace products resulting from damages occurring after delivery; during installation or storage of the product; improper storage/handling; water temperatures in excess of 150°; use of abrasive or improper cleaners or chemicals.

 

PRODUCT FINISH ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All product finishes offered by Water Creation carry a One (1) Year Limited Warranty against defects, with the exception of Polished Chrome, which carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defect. Physical damages and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper cleaning products are not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

 

FAUCET LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation warrants the mechanical component (cartridge) of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the lifetime term of the original owner or end-user. If the faucet should leak or drip from normal use, Water Creation will mail the replacement cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition free of charge. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

 

STAINLESS-STEEL SINK LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its Stainless-Steel Sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the time that the original purchaser owns the home. Scratching, gloss-reduction, acid buildup, staining, and other issues occurred from use over time are not defects but are results from normal wear and tear, and thus not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

 

WYNDHAM COLLECTION

Wyndham Collection® feels strongly that the products you purchase should be free of defects and built to last. We offer an industry-leading full Two Year Limited Warranty (twice the industry standard). It fully covers manufacturer defects such as peeling paint, broken or malfunctioning components, cracks, discoloration and dents. Should there be a need to make a claim within your retailer's warranty period please do so through them. After 90 days you may contact Wyndham Collection® directly through the customer service contact sources. The following restrictions apply:

  • Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the warranted item.
  • Warranted item must have been purchased from an authorized Wyndham Collection® dealer. It may be necessary to present a copy of the original purchase invoice for validation.
  • Warranty does not protect against malfunction or other failure caused by abuse, neglect or misuse including, but not limited to, repair by persons not authorized by Wyndham Collection®, improper handling or maintenance, improper installation, modifications of any kind including painting or use for purposes other than intended or in locations subject to conditions not intended for the product(s).
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered, including scratched or chipped counters.
  • Wyndham Collection® recommends that installation be performed by a professional, though this is not required under the terms of the warranty. Any damage caused by improper installation or handling is the responsibility of the purchaser. Compliance with all state and local codes is required.
  • This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, accidental or consequential damages.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of the issue and sufficient photographic evidence that we may evaluate properly.
  • Local building code compliance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with local code regulations before purchasing.
  • Please note that the Wyndham Collection warranty has a time frame of 6 months rather than 2 years for all commercial and/or public projects.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Wyndham Collection®. The customer’s legal rights are limited to those stated specifically in this warranty statement.

With proof of purchase, Wyndham Collection®, at our discretion, will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty time period. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal and reinstallation of the product in the case of a repair.
